Orders ship within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 8–14 business days later (Canada: 9–16). You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Can I return it?
Unused, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened personal care devices can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless they're defective — and if anything arrives damaged or not as described, we'll replace it or refund you in full. Full policy.
