We want you to love your AURA order. Here is exactly how returns and refunds work.
↩️ 14-day returns
- You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, personal care and beauty devices that have been opened or used can't be returned unless they are defective.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Please contact us before sending anything back — we'll send you the return instructions.
📦 Damaged, defective or wrong item
- If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
- We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice, at no cost to you.
🔍 Lost orders
If your tracked order is lost in transit, we'll reship it or refund you in full.
✖️ Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge until they ship. Contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 12 hours of ordering.
💳 Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process it.
